Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、遺伝性自己炎症疾患、I型インターフェロン異常症のうちPSMB9異常症、SAMD9L関連自己炎症疾患、A20ハプロ不全症の3疾患を対象とした解析を行う。最終的にはそれぞれの疾患に最適な治療法の開発につながる候補分子を同定することを目標としている。具体的には3疾患の疾患特異的iPS細胞および正常対照iPS細胞の樹立を行い、それぞれ単球/マクロファージ、形質細胞様樹状細胞などにに分化させ、サイトカイン産生、遺伝子発現パターンの分析を行い、薬剤候補分子の探索を行うものである。
