Outline of Research at the Start

Dent病は低分子タンパク尿を特徴とするX染色体性劣性の希少な遺伝性腎疾患で、多くはCLCN5遺伝子異常により発症します。近年、同遺伝子が糸球体にも発現することが報告され、糸球体硬化との関連が注目されています。今回、腎機能障害の機序解明を目的に、clcn5b欠損ゼブラフィッシュを用いて糸球体への影響を検討します。本研究はCKDの新たな治療標的や創薬へつながる可能性があります。
