Outline of Research at the Start

新生児マススクリーニングにおいて発見されるCPT2欠損症患者の診断、および重症度評価の診断ツールとしてリンパ球プロテオーム解析を行う。従来、用いられてきた、リンパ球酵素活性、アシルカルニチン分析、遺伝子解析ではこれらを判断することが不十分であることが判明している。本研究では、これまで研究室で施行してきた上記解析の残存リンパ球を用いて、患者および非患者、および軽症型の患者のリンパ球プロテオーム解析を行い、変化するタンパクを解明する。
