Outline of Research at the Start

乳幼児に効果的なワクチンアジュバントとしてZymosan A（ZYM）を発見したが、ZYMを粘膜アジュバントとした研究報告はなく、アジュバントとしての効能、作用機序、安全性等を評価する必要がある。本研究では①他のアジュバントとの抗体産生能の差異、②ZYMのアジュバントとしての機序、③ZYMの構成成分中のアジュバント活性をもつ物質の同定および安全性を、幼若マウスモデルを用いて明らかにする。
