Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、Xeno-Free培地で培養したヒト間葉系幹細胞（MSC）由来の細胞外小胞（MSC-EV）および凍結乾燥MSC-EVの品質と機能を評価する。凍結保護剤にスクロースを用い、電子顕微鏡観察、マーカー解析、miRNA・lncRNA・タンパク質解析を実施。さらに、in vitroで肝細胞障害モデルに対する保護効果を、in vivoでは急性肝不全マウスモデルにおける生存率改善、肝組織・血液所見、EVの体内分布を評価し、凍結乾燥EVの有用性を検討する。
