Outline of Research at the Start

大腸がんの粘膜下層(SM)への浸潤・転移は、早期がんの治療方針を決定する上で重要な問題であり、正確な予測マーカーや治療標的の同定が必要である。本研究は、早期大腸がん微小環境におけるserum amyloid A1 (SAA1)シグナルを解明することで、SMがんの浸潤・転移メカニズムを解明し、新規診断・治療法の開発につなげることを目的とする。
