Outline of Research at the Start

炎症性腸疾患（IBD）治療における分子標的治療薬の有効性を治療開始前に予測することは、重要な臨床的、医療経済的課題である。しかし、分子標的治療の効果予測が困難である理由としてIBDの免疫学的病態の複雑性・多様性が挙げられる。本研究では、従来の臨床的診断・分類を超えた、網羅的免疫プロファイルに基づくIBD新規分類の開発を目指す。免疫学的病態を反映した分類は治療効果予測にも有用となることが期待される。
