Outline of Research at the Start

抗がん剤の移行率が低いとされる膵がん組織内への薬物移行率を高めるため、光感受性物質単独または殺細胞性抗がん剤と共に内封したリポソーム(PSEL, Photosensitizer-Encapsulated Liposomes)を静脈投与後、超音波内視鏡下に膵臓内の腫瘍に直接光線力学療法(PDT)を施行する新たな膵がんの局所制御法を開発する。これを臨床応用するための基礎研究として、PSELの開発と物性評価、細胞株実験によるin vitro実験と膵がん同所移植マウスによるin vivo実験によりその有効性を検証する。
