Outline of Research at the Start	肝硬変は様々な慢性肝疾患により引き起こされる肝線維化の晩期の状態であり、肝不全を呈し生命に関わる。現在肝硬変に対する根本的な治療法は肝移植のみであり、非侵襲的かつ効果的な治療法は存在しない。近年の研究は肝線維化の進展における非実質細胞の重要性を明らかにしたが、治療するにあたりどの遺伝子・パスウェイを標的とすべきかを系統的に明らかにする方法はこれまでに存在しない。本研究では非実質細胞の1つである類洞内皮細胞を標的として、ゲノムワイドsgRNAライブラリーを用いて生きたマウスの中での分子スクリーニング技術を確立し、肝類洞内皮細胞の毛細血管化に関与する遺伝子ないし経路を同定することを目的とする。
