Outline of Research at the Start	大腸がんに対する分子標的治療は進歩しているが、特にKRAS変異例に対する新たな治療法の開発が急務である。本課題では、BMP阻害を新規治療として実用化するため、最適な併用標的分子の同定を目指す。独自のハイスループットスクリーニング技術を活用し、2584薬剤の中から併用薬の探索を行い、Hit薬のvalidation・併用効果の機序解明とオルガノイドライブラリでの感受性評価を行う。またBMP阻害前後のRNA-seq解析により感受性/耐性機序因子を探索し、併用薬の標的を絞り込むとともに感受性予測マーカーを構築する。これにより、腫瘍の退縮・消失を狙うBMP阻害剤を軸とした新しい多剤併用療法を開発する。
