Outline of Research at the Start

単心室性の先天性心疾患の患者の治療として行われるフォンタン手術の遠隔期合併症として，肝臓におこるFontan-associated liver disease（FALD）が起こる．FALD患者の小児から成人への移行期医療体制も未整備の状態であり，診療方針も定まっていない．その中で，MRエラストグラフィは，肝生検が負担となる小児患者や抗血栓薬を使用しているFALD患者でも安全に，繰り返し評価することが可能なモダリティであるが，個人差が大きいFALD患者では肝硬度のカットオフ値が設定されていないのが現状である．FALD疾患で肝硬度上昇の機序を肝・心因子の視点から解明する．
