Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、未成熟間質による腸管免疫成熟機構の解明による腸管疾患治療創薬へと展開するための研究基盤の確立を目指すものである。
具体的には、未成熟組織由来小腸間質細胞への炎症刺激シグナルの網羅的解析にて、 未成熟組織特有の間質シグナルを同定する。続いて、未成熟組織由来間質細胞と血球細胞共培養による血球系細胞成熟機構の観察することで、同定されたシグナルが血球系細胞に果たす生理的な役割を観察する。さらに共培養血球の貪食能評価による活性の評価することで、評価する。
