Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の基盤となるガレクチン4ノックアウトマウスの作製は既に作製中であり、本年度中には作製完了の見込みである。よってガレクチン4の役割を包括的に理解するためにガレクチン4ノックアウトマウスと正常マウスを比較することで、腸疾患におけるガレクチン-4の機能を様々な薬剤投与条件下で明らかにしていく予定である。
