Outline of Research at the Start

ヒト胆管癌手術検体の異種移植により本応募者らが同定した、胆管癌において高い造腫瘍能に寄与する新規SRC分子FAXCが、膵癌の造腫瘍・進展において果たす役割について分子生物学的な手法を用いて解明し、膵癌の新たな治療標的となる可能性について検討することを目指す。
