Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は急性膵炎患者における栄養管理、栄養療法の有用性を検討することを目的として、急性膵炎全国多施設レジストリー研究における初期栄養療法と予後の関連に関する後ろ向き解析、軽症膵炎に対する早期の低脂肪固形食開始の多施設RCT研究、重症急性膵炎に対するタンパク投与の有効性を検討する多施設RCT試験の3つの多施設共同の臨床研究を実施する。これらの研究を通し、急性膵炎に対する最適な栄養管理、栄養療法を探索し、副次的に栄養関連のバイオマーカーと生命予後や栄養状態・ADL・QOLのアウトカムで検討を行い、急性膵炎における個別化した適切な栄養療法を開発し急性膵炎診療へ貢献することを目的とする。
