Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、肝がん分子治療薬の選択・治療期間の新指標の確立を目指す。申請者が見いだした、i) p90RSK活性化の解明・対策の検討を行い、ii)p90RSKと並行して活性化する耐性因子を探索し、iii) 細胞外に分泌されるp90RSKの耐性マーカーとしての可能性を検証する。
