Outline of Research at the Start

免疫チェックポイント阻害剤（Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor: ICI）は、様々ながんに対する治療効果が示されている。一方で，全身のあらゆる臓器に自己免疫疾患様の副作用である、免疫関連有害事象(immune-related Adverse Events: irAE)を発症することがある。本研究では、GWASの手法を用い、irAE発現に関与する一塩基多型（SNPs）を探索する。また、同定したSNPの機能を明らかにし、その成果により、日本発のirAEバイオマーカーの確立を目指す。
