Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は診断方法が未だ確立していない硬化性胆管炎に対する新規診断方法を開発することを目的に、内視鏡的採取胆汁中のエクソソーム内miRNAの網羅的解析を行う。
解析には最新解析機器を用い、血清解析との比較も行う。さらに細胞株・動物を用いた基礎実験での分子生物学的検証を加えることにより、疾患メカニズムの新規解明も行う。
