Outline of Research at the Start

本研究課題では、EustressがHBVワクチン接種後の抗原特異的獲得免疫（細胞性および液性）の誘導にどのような影響を及ぼすのかを明らかにし、HBV完全排除を目標とした慢性HBV感染症に対するEustressを利用した新規治療的ワクチン療法の開発を目指す。Eustressと様々な疾患との関連性が研究されているが抗原特異的細胞性および液性獲得免疫誘導に関する詳細な検討はこれまでほとんど行われていない。また、HBVワクチン時におけるEustressの関与は全く不明であり、本研究課題は極めて新規性の高い研究と考えられる。さらに、慢性HBV感染症に対する新たな治療法の開発に繋がると考えられる。
