Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、軟口蓋所見部の生検組織や細胞診を用いた微小環境・遺伝学的解析により、同所見の出現機序の解明と新規バイオマーカーの同定を目指す。具体的には、軟口蓋所見部と背景部、食道病変部と背景部の生検組織を用いて、病理学的・免疫組織学的評価、RNA-seq解析による遺伝子発現解析を行う。また、得られた候補遺伝子の食道がん進展における細胞生物学的役割をin vitro実験で検証する。
