Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、腸内細菌叢がレオウイルスのもつ抗腫瘍免疫の活性化作用に与える影響、および、腸内細菌叢とレオウイルスの相互作用において、免疫シグナルが果たしている役割を体系的に解明することを目的としている。腫瘍免疫学、ウイルス療法、微生物学の3領域を統合し、腸内細菌が免疫シグナルを介してレオウイルス感染に与える影響を抗腫瘍免疫応答の観点から検証する。本研究はレオウイルスによる腫瘍免疫療法に新たな視点を提供するものである。
