Outline of Research at the Start

実施中の臨床試験『切除不能進行膵癌に対する標準化学療法併用WT1樹状細胞ワクチン(jRCTc030190195) またはNeoantigen樹状細胞ワクチン(jRCTc030190081)』の臨床サンプルを用いて、① 腫瘍微小環境（TME）における単一細胞レベルでの空間的トランスクリプトーム解析② 血中および組織中の腫瘍抗原特異的なmemory細胞分画解析③ 糞便細菌叢のメタゲノム解析に関する抗腫瘍免疫の誘導状態を評価する。最終的に、TMEにおける免疫担当細胞の再構築と「免疫チェックポイント阻害剤」や「プロバイオティクス」併用療法の可能性を検討する。
