Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、慢性心不全の病態において、心臓へのストレスが感覚神経を介してどのように受容されているかを明らかにし、また、心不全の急性期から慢性期のそれぞれのステージで、脳神経システムがどのように心不全病態に寄与しているのかを明らかにすることを目指す。さらに、心不全により低下している脳機能を回復させることで、自律神経機能の調節を行い、心不全病態を改善することができるかを検討し、新たな治療戦略の開発に貢献することを目指す。
