Outline of Research at the Start	循環器疾患患者において運動時に起こる低酸素血症（EID：exercise-induced desaturation）がどのような病態生理学的意義をもつのか、具体的には6分間歩行検査におけるEID指標を測定し、これと運動機能や心機能、身体機能との関連を検討する。また同時期に行った心肺運動負荷試験の様々な指標との関連性を検討し、肺疾患を合併しない循環器疾患患者におけるEID発生の本態を明らかする。さらに、EIDやEIDを考慮に入れた運動機能の指標が心臓リハビリテーションにより改善するのか、改善するのであれば、それが他の運動機能の指標や心機能、身体機能の指標の改善とどう関連するのかを検討する。
