Outline of Research at the Start

心不全や高血圧などの体液貯留により腎静脈うっ血を呈する病態において、各種高血圧関連疾患ラットを使用し、SLGT2阻害やV2受容体拮抗、ネプリライシン阻害が腎内循環動態および酸化ストレス、尿細管におよぼす作用機序を明らかにする。
