Outline of Research at the Start	HFpEFの原因の一つである弁膜症の中で、高齢者まで治療可能な疾患である大動脈弁狭窄症（AS）に対して経カテーテル的大動脈弁置換術を施行し、全身の血行動態が瞬時に劇的な変化する前後においてリンパ系を評価する。具体的には、１）TAVI治療前後でリンパ管特異的マーカーの測定と血行動態の評価を行い、臨床像、血行動態、リンパ系それぞれの変化の関連を解析することにより、リンパ系微小循環の意義を検討する。２）TAVI治療後の経過を追跡し、リンパ管特異的マーカーが心不全再発、心臓死、全死亡などのイベントを予測する新たなバイオマーカーとなり得るか検討する。HFpEFのあらたな評価法や治療の開発に寄与し得る。
