Outline of Research at the Start	心不全に対するSGLT2阻害薬の分子機序を解明するために全身のSGLT2 knockout (KO)マウスを作製した。HFpEFの病態としてミネラルコルチコイド受容体（MR）拮抗薬が活性化していることが示唆されており、SGLT2 KOにおいてHFpEFモデルを作製し、SGLT2を阻害することがMRを間接的に抑制するか否かを検証する。さらに、 HFpEFの病態としてcGMPの低下が報告されており、ナトリウム利尿ペプチドのANP/BNPの受容体であるguanylyl cyclase-A (GC-A) KO とのダブルノックアウトマウスを用いて、 SGLT2,MR,cGMPの相互作用について検証する。
