Outline of Research at the Start	申請者はメカニカルストレスと炎症性シグナルに関与する介在板分子であるLeucine-rich single-pass membrane protein 2 (LSMEM2)を独自に見出し、心不全の有望な新規治療標的となることを明らかにしてきた。そして、非糖鎖修飾型LSMEM2の蓄積が炎症惹起の鍵となることを見出した。本研究では「モデルマウスの心臓組織を用いた1細胞遺伝子発現解析により、非糖鎖修飾型LSMEM2による炎症惹起の分子メカニズム解明」「LSMEM2標的療法の適応となるバイオマーカー探索・同定」「心不全患者組織とコホートデータを用いたヒトへの外挿性についての検証」を目指す。
