Outline of Research at the Start

申請者は、GPIアンカー型糖タンパクCD109が樹状細胞を介して好酸球性気道炎症を制御することを発見した(AJRCMB 2023)。さらに、CD109が喘息病態においてILC2s上にも強く誘導されることを見出した。本課題では、喘息におけるCD109とILC2sの関係を解明し、DCとILC2sを同時に制御する新規治療の開発と社会実装に向けた基盤を構築する。
