Outline of Research at the Start

サルコイドーシスにおけるC. acnesの臨床的意義解明と病型分類を目的として菌陽性率とTh1応答をセットにした系統的研究を行う。具体的には、
1) 過去のサルコイドーシス患者の肺組織と縦隔リンパ節組織を用いて、C. acnes菌の陽性率、菌量、病像の関連を明らかにする。
2) 自施設の診断症例を前向きにフォローし、生検肺・リンパ節におけるC. acnes菌陽性率、菌量、Th1応答反応、臨床像、治療反応性、予後の関係を明らかにする。
3) 病型分類を作成する。
4) 国内多施設前向きコホート研究で検証する。
