Outline of Research at the Start	悪性胸膜中皮腫(Malignant pleural mesothelioma: MPM)は極めて悪性度の高い予後不良の腫瘍である。実臨床においては根治を目指した外科的切除が困難な症例が多く、内科的治療成績の改善は喫緊の課題である。その中で、2次治療として Nivolumabが、初回薬物療法としてNivolumab+ Ipilimumab併用療法が承認され、MPMに対するがん免疫療法の重要性は確実に高まっている。一方で、これらがん免疫療法が無効な症例や、がん免疫療法後に再発した症例では、極端に治療選択肢が限られてしまうのも現状である。本研究で、MPMにおいて、がん免疫療法が最大限に効果を発現すると同時に耐性を回避する方策を調べたい。
