Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、樹立した“抗ヒトMDA5抗体で誘導する間質性肺炎マウスモデル”を用いて補体制御、抗体制御とサイトカイン抑制による抗MDA5抗体による間質性肺炎の新規治療法を研究する。本研究はMDA5抗体陽性のDM患者の間質性肺炎の治療法の世界の研究をリードすると考える。研究成果はDM患者だけでなく自己免疫疾患患者の生命予後やQOLを改善する可能性がある。
