Outline of Research at the Start	常染色体顕性多発性嚢胞腎(ADPKD)は頻度の高い遺伝性腎疾患であり、女性のADPKD患者が妊娠、出産を経験するケースは少なくない。近年、妊娠期間中の過度な栄養制限による母体低栄養の頻度が高くなっており、それに伴い早産児や低出生体重児が増加している。胎児が子宮内で低栄養に晒されると将来的な生活習慣病や慢性腎臓病などの発症頻度が増加するが、母体低栄養が子のADPKDの病態進行にどう影響するかを検討した基礎実験の報告は未だ無い。本研究では、母体低栄養が子のADPKDの進行に与える影響と機序を明らかにする事をため、ADPKD動物モデルを用いた解析を計画した。
