Outline of Research at the Start	Neural epidermal growth factor-like 1 protein (NELL1)は2021年に膜性腎症の新規抗原として報告されたが、その病態形成機序は不明である。本研究は、組み換えNELL1タンパクを用いて患者血清中の抗NELL1抗体のエピトープを解析すること、さらにエピトープタンパクをマウスに投与しNELL1陽性膜性腎症モデルマウスを作製し、NELL1陽性膜性腎症の病態形成機序解明の一旦を担うことを目標とする。
