Outline of Research at the Start	Bregは抗炎症性サイトカインであるIL-10を産生することで、免疫応答を抑制する。炎症性疾患や自己免疫疾患において、過剰な免疫反応を抑制し、組織の損傷を防ぐ可能性がある。AKI-to-CKDの進展においても、Bregが腎臓の炎症・線維化を抑制し、腎組織の保護に寄与する可能性があるものの、国内外においてBregをターゲットとした治療法の開発は皆無である。今回我々は、Bregを輸注するという、世界初の治療法確立を目指し、研究を行う計画である。
