腎移植グラフトの長期生着のための戦略は移植医療に必須である。移植腎の機能不全には多くの臨床的因子が関与するため、予後予測には複数の因子が関連すると推測される。移植腎グラフトの予後予測ツールはこれまでにも報告されているが、それらは欧米人が対象であるため、本邦の患者に適応できるか不明である。本邦の患者データを用いた予後予測の報告はこれまでにない。本邦の腎移植は欧米と比較して長期成績が優れているため、本邦独自の予後予測因子の探索が必要である。本研究では国際的な予後予測ツールであるiBOXの日本の移植患者を対象とするvalidationおよび本邦独自の予後予測因子の検出を行うことを目的とした。
