Outline of Research at the Start	近位尿細管に存在するキュビリンをコードするCUBN遺伝子の異常が無症候性尿細管性蛋白尿を引き起こす（CUBN関連腎症）。本疾患は腎機能予後が極めて良好であるため治療を必要としないが、ポドサイト疾患と尿所見や病理所見が酷似しているため，遺伝子解析をしない限りポドサイト疾患との鑑別ができない。スクリーニングツールとしてのバイオマーカーが見つかれば、不要な腎生検や治療を回避して非侵襲的に診断につながることが期待される。 CUBN関連腎症の症例とDent病、糸球体疾患の症例を尿プロテオーム解析することで、CUBN遺伝子の異常を有する症例における、疾患特異的に認める尿バイオマーカーを特定する。
