Outline of Research at the Start

IgA腎症は、IgA抗体の腎臓への沈着によって発症する免疫疾患である。従来、IgAは粘膜や骨髄で産生されると考えられてきたが、近年、IgA産生細胞が腎臓に局在し、局所でIgAを分泌している可能性が示唆されている。本研究では、IgA腎症マウスモデルおよび患者検体を用いて、IgA産生細胞が腎臓に集簇する仕組みと集簇を誘導する細胞の特徴およびIgA腎症を発症した腎臓の特徴を明らかにすることを目的とする。
