Outline of Research at the Start

低ナトリウム（Na）血症は、電解質異常症の中で最も頻度が高く日常診療でよく遭遇する病態である。これまでに、低Na血症患者で感染症の予後が悪化することが報告されているが、低Na血症が直接的に免疫機能、感染防御機構に影響しているかは明らかになっていない。そのため、本研究では、慢性低Na血症が免疫機能、感染防御機構に与える影響を明らかにすることを目的とした。
