Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では血液悪性腫瘍の治療に用いられる造血幹細胞移植や、固形癌の治療に用いられる抗がん薬による腎臓の障害に注目し、それに関連するリスクを病院の診療データや大規模なデータベースを用いて同定することで腎障害の回避につながる方策を検討します。また、腎糸球体を構成する細胞の間で起こる障害の連鎖に関する分子の変化を検討することにより、将来的にこれらの腎障害に対する治療法の開発につなげることを目指します。
