| Outline of Research at the Start |
IL-10は制御性T細胞を介し、炎症細胞の機能を抑制的に調節する。一方、近年の研究成果により、IL-10がアナフィラキシーに対し、亢進と抑制の双方に寄与する可能性が示唆されている。加えて、IL-10がIL-33を介したマスト細胞の反応を増強することが明らかになった。そこで、本研究ではこれまでに解明されていない、IgE非依存性のマスト細胞の活性化にIL-10がどのような影響を及ぼすかを検討する。
