Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では慢性特発性蕁麻疹患者の腸内細菌叢や腸内細菌叢の状態に大きく影響する食生活について簡易型自記式食事歴法質問票を利用して解析することで、食生活や腸内細菌叢の違いが慢性特発性蕁麻疹のオマリズマブやデュピルマブに対する治療反応性に及ぼす影響を検討する。これにより、どのような食生活が慢性特発性蕁麻疹の治療上望ましいかを明らかにし、さらに慢性特発性蕁麻疹治療における新たな薬剤選択戦略の構築を目指す。
