Outline of Research at the Start

DIHSにおける問題点としては初診時に診断基準を満たさない症例も多く早期診断が極めて困難である点やCMVなどのウイルス再活性化があげられる。過去の報告では、バイオマーカー研究は多く行われているが、採血結果などの臨床的な側面が強く、皮疹に着目したものは少ない。さらに皮疹に着目した基礎研究はほぼない。本研究では、、DIHSで生じる紫斑の発症機序の解明を目指す。紫斑発生機序の解明を通じ、CMV再活性化機序の解明、CMV再活性化に関わるバイオマーカーの探索を目指す。
