Outline of Research at the Start

尋常性乾癬やアトピー性皮膚炎の治療では生物学的製剤が奏効し、治療に貢献している。一方、薬剤投与終了後の再燃が高頻度で生じるという課題が常に残されている。本研究では2種類の発症形態が異なる急性型・慢性型自然発症皮膚炎モデルマウスを用いる。病態の解明と共に引数(細胞数)を増やした再現性の確認、ILCrmに関しては抗サイトカイン抗体の投与による臨床症状抑制の再現、下流の媒介因子の同定を目指す。ILCregに於いては先ずは病態に於ける役割と変化の把握を行う。
