Outline of Research at the Start	慢性蕁麻疹の皮疹部には好塩基球が浸潤し、遊離されるヒスタミンは血管内皮細胞に組織因子を発現させ凝固反応を惹起する。その過程で生じる補体C5aはマスト細胞と好塩基球を活性化する。無刺激の好塩基球と自己抗体、自己抗原またはC5aで刺激された好塩基球がどのような条件でヒスタミンを遊離し血管外へ遊走するか明らかにし、活性化内皮細胞が凝固反応を惹起する時間的、空間的閾値を確定し新たな治療要件を明らかにする。
