Outline of Research at the Start

我々は、SCFトランスジェニックマウスとNSG miceにヒト肥満細胞症株移入し、皮膚肥満細胞症モデルマウスを安定して実験を行えるように計画した。一方、外用mTOR阻害剤は結節性硬化症の顔面血管線維腫に対して日常診療で用いられている。そこで、mTORが皮膚肥満細胞症に関わっているか、モデルマウスを使い検討し、また皮膚肥満細胞症では、mTORがキーシグナル伝達経路であることを証明し、mTOR阻害薬外用薬が皮膚肥満細胞症に有効であることを検討し、小児に安全な新規治療薬開発をめざす。
