Outline of Research at the Start

悪性黒色腫に対する免疫チェックポイント阻害薬の有効性が証明されてる一方で、まったく無効な症例もあり、病態を詳しく解析して新しい治療法開発を目指していく必要があります。この研究では、正常な細胞では本来抑制されている遺伝子ががんで高発現することに着目し、その機能的な意義を解明しながら、臨床上の意義を明らかにして、治療法開発に繋がるような知見を得ることを目指しています。
