Outline of Research at the Start

①質量分析を用いた天然保湿因子のイメージング法を発展させ、皮膚機能の新たな評価手法としてMALDI MSによる天然保湿因子の半定量的イメージング法を確立、②天然保湿因子の異常による魚鱗癬（尋常性魚鱗癬など）と、角層間脂質異常による魚鱗癬（セラミド合成酵素欠損による各種の先天性魚鱗癬など）における天然保湿因子の各分子種ごとの量的空間的変化を解析、③ヒト疾患および魚鱗癬マウスモデルにおける各種薬剤の治療効果判定への応用をおこなう。
