Outline of Research at the Start

腫瘍性疾患におけるCD200発現は，急性骨髄性白血病や多発性骨髄の一部で亢進し，腫瘍免疫からの回避に関連していることが明らかになっている．一方，皮膚リンパ腫に関しては，菌状息肉症/セザリー症候群について，数本の研究があるのみで，本邦の一部地域で発症頻度の高い成人T細胞白血病・リンパ腫を含めて，皮膚リンパ腫での発現やその意義については不明である．本研究は本邦皮膚リンパ腫の専門施設がグループを作って実施することで，本邦の疫学的特徴も加味して，皮膚リンパ腫の各病型におけるCD200発現とその意義を明らかにするものであり，世界へ発信できる成果が得られるものである．
