Outline of Research at the Start

近年の分子標的治療の発展で、血液がんの治療成績が改善しつつある一方でB細胞腫瘍の一部は未だ難治性で、腫瘍原性機序に関する基礎研究の進捗にも関わらず、未だ治療戦略の確立は途上である。申請者はこれまで、B細胞腫瘍原性シグナル伝達の解析と共に、新規抗体薬の有用性の検証に従事してきた。本研究の目的は、難治性B細胞腫瘍に対する新たな治療介入としての抗体-TLRリガンド複合体の提案とその検証である。これは抗体が認識する表面抗原を有する腫瘍細胞について、選択的にTLR経路を刺激することで、特定の経路の活性化への偏りを強いることで、既存の標的治療への感受性を著しく高める（プライミングする）試みである。
